Earth Images Foundation is a non-profit film production company, based in Oakland, California. 

Earth Images Foundation's filmmakers are Doug Prose and Diane LaMacchia.  We produce television documentaries and short films about the Earth.  The focus of our films is the scientific exploration of the Earth and its processes, and preservation of its natural wild wonders.

Earth Images Foundation's films are broadcast on PBS stations nationwide and internationally.  Our short films are screened in national park and Forest Service visitors centers, museums, and conferences.  Most of our films are distributed by national educational distributors and can be found on their web sites.  Some are available on Amazon.com. 

Earth Images’ films have been honored with awards at international, national, and regional film festivals, including the Chicago International Television Festival, International Wildlife Film Festival, National Educational Media Network,  CINE Golden Eagle, Columbus International Film Festival, and others.
